The houses in Winnington Road and Courtnay Avenue range between 15 000 and 24 000 sq ft. They each include basements with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, cinema and spa pool. Constructed in watertight concrete with bored piles around the perimeter forming the basement. Superstructure construction varied to suit the contractors preferred method of construction. This included steel framing, in-site reinforced concrete, precast floors and traditional masonry/timber construction. Photographs to be forthcoming.
