Several colleagues of Michael Alexander have had the opportunity to take the Shelby Daytona Cobra on a variety of track days. Over the winter period the car’s fuel system had been completely rebuilt to provide more consistent fuelling required for successful track days. The new system including primary and secondary fuel pumps, larger fuel lines, new petrol tank and breather valves were carried out over the winter period by Le Mans Coupe Ltd. The car was then tested successfully at the BBC Top Gear Test Track (http://tviv.org/Top_Gear/Test_Track).
