Experience includes design and detailing, site inspection, liaison with all parties in the professional team, local authorities and sub-contractors. Has experience in working with all common building materials and relevant British Standards and codes of practice.
Projects to date have included new build and refurbishment of existing structures. These have been in the fields of housing, office, retail, leisure, educational and industrial buildings.

Application for approval to sit the Part 3 Institute of Structural Engineering exam to achieve Chartered status in 2003.
Drawing and Analysis package experience includes ACAD 2002, STAAD, QSE, Corus Software (i.e. BDES, SLimflor, Slimdek & ASB), RAM Structural System, Win Des (Foul & Surface water analysis) and BREVe (wind load calculation). Regularly attends technical seminars to keep abreast of the latest advances, primarily though the Institute of structural Engineers and Institute of Civil Engineers.
