Experience
Has gained experience in creating detailed working drawings for planning and building regulations approval for domestic, retail and educational projects. Loading calculations for RC slabs, pile and beam foundations and steel beams and subsequent production drawings and steel bending schedules. Carrying out site investigations and ongoing level monitoring and verticality surveys on buildings suspected of structural failure for the preparation of remedial work drawings and engineer’s reports for loss adjuster/insurance claims.
